AMBER ALE
Scottish-style "Export Strength" beer fermented with the famous McEwan's ale yeast. An easy-drinking amber ale that launched the craft beer movement in the 80s and early 90s. Caramelized crystal malts add color and deeper flavor, with the hops taking a backseat to the sweet but balanced maltiness. 5.2% alc/vol
PALE ALE
Packed with Cascade hops, the classic citrusy west coast hop that helped beers like Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale expand the horizons of the American beer scene. Light amber malts provide a foundation for medium-high hop bitterness and flavor for this classic style. 5.7% alc/vol
OKTOBERFEST LAGERBIER
Brewed with all 2-row pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts, this cold-aged Oktoberfest is brewed in March as tradition dictates and ages away, rounding out, until Fall is just around the corner. Full flavored and smooth. 6.0% alc/vol.
BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT
A High-gravity, chocolatey stout brewed with a larger-than-normal malt bill that includes oats for a smooth creaminess. This full-bodied stout weighs in at 10% alc/vol and gets an extra layer of character by aging in bourbon barrels from the renowned Willett Distillery in Nelson County, Kentucky.
